To avoid any ear irritations or infestations, routine ear cleaning and trimming is necessary for most dogs. Our Bath and Brush or Full Groom packages include this service. However, if you'd like this service alone, it's available for only $10. Please note that hair removal is optional and upon request only.

Using a combination of special shampoos, conditioners to strengthen hair follicles, and specific grooming tools to tackle the undercoat, we can help reduce shedding. Please note that this service can only be added to a Bath & Brush or a Full Groom service, and cannot be completed on its own.

That's why we give our clients the flexibility to cancel or reschedule their pet's grooming appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, we will charge 50% of the expected grooming total to the card on file.
At Dog House Denver, we require all pets to have current and valid rabies vaccinations prior to their grooming appointments. Please remember to bring proof of your pet's up-to-date vaccinations or upload them to your client profile through the Gingr App. If proof is not provided, the appointment will be refused, and a 50% charge of the total grooming cost will be applied to your credit card per our cancellation policy. To ensure your pet's health and safety, we suggest waiting at least 48 hours after vaccination before bringing them in for grooming.
